You can copy adstack.o into builds/<your-config>/lib/mascaret and rerun compileTELEMAC.py

it is dirty but that might work.

That didn't work unfortunately.

The compilation fails when it tries to find adstack.c with an unexpected end of file error, but is ended by the python exception in compileTELEMAC:main so presumably has not yet got to the linking stage? The fault seems to start with reading the mascaret.cmdf file.


I've rebuilt gcc and mpich with no errors.
I could try to reimport telemac in case of a corruption. Not sure what else to try?

Is there a way to build the system without including a particular module (ie Mascaret) as I don't use it?

Yes you can add in your configuration file:
modules: system -mascaret

That will skip mascaret.

well - that works - the rest of the compile is ok. I checked the mascaret.cmdf files against other versions (on different machines) and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong.
