PS: note that if yo udo a run with hydro first, you need to recreate the local exe when you switch to hydra (or hydru or hydry).

Gaeta	Hello, could you kindly attaching your example of systel.cfg file with PBS commands? I'm trying to compile and run telemac on a Linux Infiniband Cluster, CentOS 7.0. Any helps on how configuring the systel file will be really appreciated. Regards, Gabriella

Hi,

I want to make a run with telemac2d v7p0 with python on cluster.
THe compilation seems ok and i can make this run in sequential mode.

When i try to run in parallal mode, i have the same error as Konsonaut.
BEGIN PARTITIONING WITH METIS
ERROR: TRY TO RUN PARTEL WITH A SERIAL CONFIGURATION
PLANTE: PROGRAM STOPPED AFTER AN ERROR

Have you got some informations about the reasons of this error?
Konsonaut, did you resolve this problem?

Thanks for your answer.

I put in this line : cmd_obj: gfortran -c -O3 -DHAVE_MPI -ffixed-line-length-132 -fconvert=big-endian -frecord-marker=4 <mods> <incs> <f95name>

But now, i have this error:
