Thanks for your reply. Here is my latest config file. I have tried with <mpi_cmdexec> in hpc options but it did not work, so I went back to my /home/.../runcode.py.

Unfortunately the external log is not possible, we tried it before, but you can log to my computer througth TeamViewer. I can send you my details by email, if you do not mind.
