open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have added libs_all and incs_parallel to the systel.cfg file (running v7p0r1). It seems that this information is not copied to the *.cmdx and *.cmdo files during installation. Is this the intended behavior? Should these files be "patched" by hand afterwards, or am I missing an option to get it done automatically?

The config file is read every time you either compile or run TELEMAC, which means that they are only references to the files and TELEMAC does not need to do special copied of those at the compilation stage. However, TELEMAC will include them at the creation of the executable (as static libraries) whether the executable is create at the compilation stage of the system or at running time.
