open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

The computer support group (CSG) of my lab recently updated my OS from fedora Core 14 to Fedora Core 20. Ever since I can't compile T2D. It seems that the error comes from the dependence tree generated in the compileTELEMAC.py and that some routines are not mentioned in that dependence tree (sta_disc_cur.f in my case but this is not the only one).

Can you please help me ?

You probably have to check the configuration file and also to launch a new compilation with a new scan of sources
somthing like: compulationtelemac.py -m "clean system -dredgesim" --rescan

The command you prescribed does not work, instead I use :

python compileTELEMAC.py -c ubugfortrans -f ./systel.cis-ubuntu.cfg -m "clean system -dredgesim" -- rescan

and I get the following error : "Could not find the following module: dredgesim". I guess this module was not in v6p2r1.

And then I use the following command :

python compileTELEMAC.py -c ubugfortrans -f ./systel.cis-ubuntu.cfg -m "clean system" -- rescan

and I get the same compilation error with the same routine. :/

you're probably right about dredgesim...

Could you copy the compilation error and also join your config file?
