Hi,

I have a stupid question.
While I was checking the examples, I saw the variable "BOTTOM" as negatives below mean-sea-level (or reference level..) for telemac2d (eg: tide) problems.

But for SISYPHE examples (eg: River-arc) these are positive. So how does this work? I am hopping there is a conversion inside the fortran file or I might be wrong.

Thanks

The variable BOTTOM gives the bed level relative to the chart datum. That datum usually is approximately at mean sea level. So river beds generally have a positive, especially in mountain rivers.

Thanks.
I was so stupid to forget that rivers are mostly above mean-sea level. :)
