This is a provisional answer and we are still checking other things but basically we think that your data should be changed according to the following principle :

You must have at every point : ZR + sum of layers = ZF

We checked that it is not true in your case and we are about to add this checking for everybody at the end of subroutine init_compo.f

Moreover the thickness of the active layer is probably too small in your case, try a value up to 2 m instead.

We'll keep you posted if we find other things of interest for you.
