I believe you cannot have more than 72 characters on each line of the CAS file, which maybe why PARTEL cannot split your file ... (?)

Can you try removing the spaces on the keywords BOUNDARY CONDITIONS FILE and GEOMETRY FILE and try again ?

If that is the case, I will make sure in the next release that the python pre-processor tests this and return a sensible error message (or warning).

Can you attach the file please ? (you may have to rename it *.slf to get through the firewall).
