Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

I did not think about the possibility that the model is unstable since my objective was primarily to compile v6p2. As you recommended, I reduced the time step (from 0.1 to 0.01s) and the simulation completed successfully in parallel mode, without any problem between iterations 162-166.

Hello,

However that is a very small time step, unless you deal with a physical model. You can probably increase the stability with implicitation, mass-lumping, wave equation, free surface gradient compatibility, quasi-bubble element for velocity, etc. all the paraphernalia of methods to avoid inf-sup oscillations.
