I also had problems installing from automatic installer and I ended up checking the code out from svn. Once installed, should you expect Fortran folder somewhere as it is supposed to install the Fortran compiler as well. Thanks.

Have you tried checking it out from svn? In my case, though my installation failed but it still installed the Tortoise, svn client.

Open Windows explorer, create any folder say telemac -> right click and then click svn check out

It will install all the files Telemac files to this folder.
