Hello,

I am trying to install the TELEMAC software using this automatic installer but I always get this error message (see attachment).

Does anybody know the reason of this error?

Hi all,

I'm also seeing this error when trying to install from the
downloaded opentelemac-v6p3-windows-installer-1.0.exe

System is Windows 7 (64 bit)

Ahemmm, egg on my face. :blush:

This error goes away when I turn off the McAfee Virus scanner.
I should have known better...

I have the same problem. But i have no virous scanner in the pc.
I even stopped the firewall, the problem still exists.
I really dont know why.
Can anyone help me?

It is from the conflict with some programs of my HP pc.

Hi nilscp,

actually, this problem is caused by some unknown device driver or programs autoinstalled by HP (my pc is the mark HP).
Autoinstallation package of Telemac works well when i uninstal all the programs related to HP, that is to say, there is only the pure Win7 system in my PC.
