I don't know where to downlowd TELEMAC V6 for 32 bits.

You can look under Download - Archive - V6P2, where you will find the automated installer at the time.

Alternatively, if you already have installed one of the most recent version, you can checkout the tags v6p1, v6p2r1 and v6p3r2 and configure the configuration file (the root key) of your current install to point to that version.
