Hi

This library is a part of the mingw64 installation (available in the bin directory).
This probably means you encountered a failure during your installation of the prerequisite.

Could you join the entire error message in order to allow us to check?
Please join also the value of PATH in your computer, in order to check it!

Last idea, Did you know if you have the admin rights on your computer?

Christophe

OK but your path should contain many other information about the other programs and in particular about the installation of mingw64

Please give the full result of PATH command in a dos command windows

PATH setting in the DOS window was so.

1. cd c:\opentelemac-mascaret\v7p1
2. compileTELEMAC.py

In addition,other settings are not.

I do not know well about the computer.

The correct answer to your question?

If TELEMAC 7.1 parallel Run window, PATH is as follows:
PATH=c:\opentelemac-mascaret\v7p1\scripts\python27;c:\opentelemac-mascaret\mpich2\bin;c:\opentelemac-mascaret\v7p1\scripts\python27

If TELEMAC 7.1 Run window, PATH is as follows:
PATH=c:\opentelemac-mascaret\v7p1\scripts\python27;c:\opentelemac-mascaret\v7p1\scripts\python27

I do not know how to put a screen capture photos in the comments box.

Hi
For a screen capture, you could use the dedicated tool in windows 7 and save the image. Just insert the image in your post and you obtain this result.

Your path shows that the mingw64 installation failed. (Due to a problem with admin rights?)
You should have: "c:\opentelemac-mascaret\mingw64\bin" in your path also...

Try to run the prerequisite install to reinstall mingw64 or add the path manually if the installation exists

Thank you very much for your answer about my question.
Please help me solve this problem.

I tried to check my computer.
There are mingw64 opentelemac-mascaret folders within folders.
And there is also mingw64 bin folder inside the folder.
Of course, there are also files in the folder.
What should I do to specify the path manually in this case?
