open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I would like to know if there is someone who works or has worked with Telemac 3D coupled to an IBM (individual based model) to model the dispersion of eggs and larvae in the estuary and coastal zone. I will work with it, but I did not have any work published yet and do not know how to do.

as far as I know, there is no available model that couples Telemac-3D and an ecological model.
You can use coupling with WAQTEL or the pseudo-coupling with Delwaq which are water quality models.
If you are interested by a coupling with another model, you can apply the same coupling procedure as the one with Delwaq, however it may be a lot of work.
