I have a 3D model (built in version v7p2r1) and it runs very well. I am trying to add a culvert into the model but i see a planes crossing error below. Could anyone please advise what might be wrong here? Anything particular the culvert subroutine was checking and failed? I have tested below but no luck:
- change the culvert bottom elevations
- change TYPE OF SOURCES and OPTION FOR CULVERTS

Hi
This is strange as the culvert is located on plane 21 (as indicate) and the problem occur between plane 1 and 2...
You should join the file of the simulation (in a zip) to allow us to see where the problem comes from

Sorry i cannot send the model. i was creating a dummy model to duplicate the problem, but unfortunately no luck.

Any chance you could suggest some commonly seen reasons to this error when working with culvert?

Your help is much appreciated!
