open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to block certain cells out of the computation vertically (see them marked with red in the attached picture below) like some kind of wall / sluice gate? If it's doable, which fortran file should I modify?
