open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am working on TELEMAC3D ;

I knew that TELEMAC3D could support the tidal data of FES2014 ,but I am still not know how to use them .

In otherwise , I really find many difficulties in the installation procedure of FES2014, could someone facilitates the installation procedure for me and gives a detailed step-by-step procedure ?
