Hello Glen,

Can you confirm that this fix is OK for your case, that you do not have any NaN and you do not have a limit until 200 cores as when you do not include this binary boundary file please?
If it is OK, I will be able to commit on the trunk for next release.

Hi Chi-Tuan,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Yes the files you have supplied are working. I have run several tests increasing the number of partitions up to 10 nodes (800 cpu's).
