Hi everyone,

I have a problem of how to merge the temporary files of my simulation Telemac3D coupled with Sisyphe. My code is on windows 7 and working with Python. I was running my code for two days for 30,000 time steps. Because of Electrical shutdown my simulation was stopped. I wanna continue on simulation or at least to see the result of what done, but I dont know how to merge all temp files into one serafin file. Any Help to do this?

Hello,

You do not need to merge your results unless you were running a parallel computation (which does not seem to be your case). Why don't you try to open your result file within the temporary directory?

If you can read the results and they are not corrupted by the crash, you can setup cas files with "COMPUTATION CONTINUED" in order to pick up from where the previous computation stopped.

Costas

I use Blue Kenue to open the files. The extension does not matter, just set the file filter to 'All files', not *.slf.

The naming convention is:
SISRES: SISyphe RESults
SISCAS: SISyphe CAS file
SISCLI: SISyphe conlim file.

The same applies to Telemac3D, so your results file would be T3DRES.
