open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I've got an error when the simulation ended sucessfully. The result files (divided into 12 cores) couldnt be merged and an error message appear.

[[20676,0],0] mca_oob_tcp_msg_recv: readv failed: connection timed out (110)

I did several other simulations with no error at all. This is new and in this case specifically I just activated the tpxo tide on the steering file. Looking into the separated result files with bluekenue, i can see that the simulation was ok.

Im using linux ubuntu 14.04 LTS, telemac V6p3 and i have free space on the hard drive to merge the result files.



Why this error ocurred?
There is a way to force the merging of paralell result files?

I re-run the same simulation and the same error occurred.

Now, I have recompiled the MPI and I’m re-running the same simulation in order to see if the error is with some mpi updated/version.

If anyone had the same error, please share the result!!
