My work could run well with setting "VERTICAL TURBULENCE MODEL=2".

When I tried "VERTICAL TURBULENCE MODEL=3",I encountered the problem --- "Exceeding maximum iterations" .

Difficult to say without further details, but anyway when using the k-epsilon model you must have:

COEFFICIENT FOR HORIZONTAL DIFFUSION OF VELOCITIES =1.E-6
COEFFICIENT FOR VERTICAL DIFFUSION OF VELOCITIES =1.E-6

because they are used as molecular diffusion in the k-epsilon model.

Otherwise try to change preconditioning, solver and accuracy for the k-epsilon model, e.g. preconditioning 34, solver 7, accuracy 1.D-8, another point is whether you have dry zones in your domain...

It depends of the dictionnary you loaded in fudaa I think...
Try to look into the dictionnary and add the keyword manually.
Other possibility, this is a new keyword added after the release of your version as it seems you use 6.2.
