Otherwise, maybe you could just install the latest version and just use the postel part...

Unfortunately all these tricks did not work for me, including running only the postel-3d part with a compatible version (6.2 in my case at that time). I had to make a restart in 6.2 to be able to use postel-3d, but it was rather complex because I had modified subroutines that were updated between 6.2 and 6.3.

This is the main reason why I kept using 6.2 for T3D projects until 7.0 arrived with no more bug.

I hope you can easily adapt your fortran file to either 6.2 och 7.0, it sounds like the more reliable solution.
