Is there a module available in TELEMAC-3D version 6.3 studying heat exchange with atmosphere and stratification? Or just in version 7.0 (thermic module)?

Sorry for this late reply.
yes there is a module dedicated to heat exchange with atmosphere in version v6p3. Actually, this module is independant of the thermic module (waqtel) at least until version V7P1. In next version, these two options will be homogenized.
You can find some help in the user manual.
It is recommanded to upgrade to last release where these options are more optimized.
