open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all, I've done the compilatin but when I was running the telemac2d module, there was always a problem, this was what I read on the screen:

I do set the language in the systel.cis-ubuntu.cfg file, language: 2.
I really hope that someone can help me and any help would be appreciated.

You should take a moment to read the documentation...
Telemac system couldn't be run directly by executing the exe file.

There is launching script and the most important point a cas file...
