open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear friends,
I have simulated the sediment transport in a meandering river with the SISYPHE model coupled with Telemac2D. Here I attached my steering fileS and the figure of my velocity distribution. As you can see, there are some negative velocity value in the result file. Could you tell me. What's wrong with may simulation.

Are you sure you're not displaying the eastwards component of the velocity?
If yes, how do you compute this velocity on your picture?
You can check your post-processed variable by asking for the scalar velocity (VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS = 'M') in telemac2d steering file and you should see that it's not negative.
