Hello,
I'm working on a hydro-sedimentary model and I would like to define active/not active areas. My domain contains the river but also the surroundings because flood studies have been done. I would like to estimate solid transport only on the river bed and define a bed area where there is not solid transport. How can I do ?

Thanks,
Claire

Hello Claire,
If I've understood well your request, you ask for masking elements. I think it's not possible to do that directly without modifying part of the code. Anyway, you can 'cheat' your problem as your model should be able to solve this by activating the option tidal flats in Telemac-2D. You can also, depending on your application, set rigid bed zones (in this case, according to your case you might have transport).

I hope it helps,
cheers
Pablo
