open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi everyone,

I am trying a very simple test case with Gaia, with only one cohesive sediment fraction. I want to do a hot start from a previous simulation. The previous computation file contains:

NAME: VELOCITY U UNIT: M/S
NAME: VELOCITY V UNIT: M/S
NAME: WATER DEPTH UNIT: M
NAME: BOTTOM UNIT: M
NAME: COH SEDIMENT1 UNIT: g/l

However, it seems that Telemac2d does not understand that the last variable is the tracer it is supposed to compute:

RESCUE : PREVIOUS CALCULATION WITHOUT TRACER
WE FIX IT TO TRAC0

I assume that TRAC0 means that the tracer is reinitialized to zero, which is not the expected behavior in my case.

Am I doing/understanding something wrong? Please find my test case files in attachment.

Can you try the fix described in www.opentelemac.org/index.php/kunena/16-...-after-restart#36370

There was a bug for restart computations with the 1st tracer.
