Hello,

I'm trying to assess sedimentation in a reservoir using telemac2d and sisyphe.

The initial configuration of the bed is composed of very coarse sediment, like boulders and gravel, while the entering sediment (boundary condition) is a fine sand.

I wonder if sisyphe is able to recognize that the sediment size of the deposits changes at every time step or it keep on taking it as a coarse sediment, as the initial composition of the bed

Thanks

Hi,

this is explained in the Sisyphe User Manual Section 9.1ff.
I think you may have to specify a vertical structure of your size classes and use a small active layer to have an appropriate dm.

Best regards,
Gabi
