open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am working on TELEMAC Serial version for one year for my research work. I am studying the flow models and sediment patterns of coastal areas of India. I tried installing TELEMAC2D Parallel version by following the steps mentioned in the manual. I was able to install it but getting the error while compiling TELEMAC. The error shows: Can't open included file 'mpif.h.' Kindly help me solve this issue.
