open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have just installed telemac on my computer (Windows 10) and when I try to compile telemac3D, I have an error message which inform me the systel.cfg file could not be find in the pass C:/opentelemac-mascaret/v8p1/configs. But after checking, the file is there and Python 3.8 is running on my computer, so I don't know where the error comes from...

You can find attached to this publication the error message in the command, and the systel.cfg file.

If you have any idea where could the idea come from, please answer me.

Could you try running config.py

Also just for information if you use an .bat file to set your environment you can run commands without having to use the full path and adding -c config.
There is and example in configs/pysource.template.bat

I spent like more than 10 days in installing but unfortunately iam still a loser, so now i have a problem with the compiling step. i have attached a snapshot for the problem and attached the config file also, please help me

Where did you take this config file?
The compilation option -cpp is missing.
Add it and compile again with --clean
