open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everyone,

I would like to install the v8p4 version on my own pc. I followed the guide gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel. However, I faced the error below and I have no idea what should I do. Please help me if anyone has some solutions. Thank you.
