open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear Telemac users,

I tried to install and compile Telemac on Windows 11 through Wintel, however I got the error show in the attaced picture. I have re-installed every prerequisites, and the errors always apprears all the same, as follow:
