By running install_systel.bat manually, the following message appeared:

- C:\TELEMAC\V5P9\perl\bin\
Tapez ENTREE pour fermer cette fenetre



I understand that I must add:

- C:\TELEMAC\V5P9\bin
- C:\TELEMAC\V5P9\perl\bin\

to my path in the environment variables.

But, how and where I can do this?

It's in the environment variables of your operating system.
On XP its located in the configuration menu, system, advanced. There is a button named "environment variables".
In the new window, you can find, edit and modify some environment variables like PATH

then i tried to launch Telemac2d in command window.

help me to solve this.

If i run in fudaa-prepro it said that " window cannot find telemac2d.bat..............."

Could you give us some information about your installation?
Telemac version
With Perl or Python scripts
Which type of Machine, OS

As I understand, you try to run telemac on windows. If you use Windows 7, the error message with fudaa is logical, there is a bug in the fudaa launching script. Fudaa can't update de path to allow the computer to find telemac2d.bat. The best solution is to add manually the location of the bin directory to your path.

About the "variable pour la langue" (language variable), it's possible that you had an installation problem and telemac couldn't find the congiguration file. Then the value of LNGTEL is unknown. But this is just an idea

Thank for your quickly helps. I try to install telemac2d in window xp with wintels_v6p1, Fudaa-Prepro_11RC13 and strawberry-perl-5.12.3.0.msi. This is the first time I get in touch with telemac2d. So please help me to install telemac2d. Thank you.
