Is it possible to compile only TOMAWAC, when all the modules of Telemac have been compiled before through a whole-system compilation (using makeall90), but then later some routines have been added to TOMAWAC, thus modifying the code?

Or do I have to recompile everything?

Yes, any program can be recompiled independently, at least with the perl scripts, with the command:

maktel all install

in the folder of sources of this program.
