open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have tried to install de Telemac version V6P1 and I met the attached problem of compilation with the g95 compiler.
If somebody can help me, I would be very happy.

Hi,
I had problems compiling telemac with g95 because the compiler is using the same windows environment variable named PATH to work. I would recommend you to switch to gfortran. That solved my problem. Here is the link to the compiler:

Hi patrick

If you would like to use Gfortran for the telemac run, you should compile the Telemac system with Gfrotran too.
In you case, you use the modules files and the libraries compiled with g95.

I have tried to compile the Telemac system and I used the "makeall90" command, after to have activated the "gfomake" command in the maktel.bat file.
It started well at the beginning, but when it tried to make the different modules, I got the message "the program cannot be run in DOS mode" (see the attached file).

No real idea on your problem
Try to make a first trial with a manual compilation in the sources directory of damocles for example

• Maktel menage to clean the directory
• Maktel all to compile the sources
• Maktel install to install the result of compilation in the right directory

Did you tried with the gfomake.exe sent by Pierre Lang in www.opentelemac.org/index.php?option=com...12&Itemid=62&lang=fr

Please replace the old gfomake.exe in the bin directory by the new one, it will certainly solve this issue.

Thank you everybody for your help. The last problem was due to the gfomake.exe which has been downloaded with g95 version for windows. It did not work at all in DOS mode.
I have changed the gfomake.exe with those used by Christophe Coulet, maybe it is the same as those of Pierre Lang.
I attach the gfomake.txt file to this message, which can be used by changing the extension .txt with .exe.
