After the installation of telemac 2D I tryed to run from windows the file telemac2dV6P0.exe but it appear a windows that says a message like file attached
Please help me.

No attached file!
But you must read the Telemac documentation before trying to run a simulation
The exe program is only the computational part of the code. it's impossible to run a simulation just by one click on this file
