I might have misunderstood.
I thought the examples where working and only your case was not working.
Your installation procedure and your systel.cfg looks ok.
I found out that the case was not tested in parrallel in the examples i'll have a look.

I cannot run the two aed examples in serial nor in parallel as 'segmentation fault' keeps emerging. For other examples and my own case nothing went wrong.

I run the case AED_FLUME and it works in serial and parallel with 2 procs. I'm using gfortran compiler.

Could you please give me more details about the version of TELEMAC and operation sysytem? If possible could you share your .cfg file? I really have no idea where I went wrong..

Also could you share the libaed2 files so I can try to re-make the 'libaed.a' file?

I'm working on Linux Debian Jessie (speciafic wrap for EDF called Calibre 9)

The aed routines and makefile are the same with mine. From your cfg file I noticed that the trunk version was used, maybe that's the cause of the issue as I'm working with v7p3r1? I'll try the trunk version and let you know if the error still exists.

try it, it works here. Otherwise try with trunk version.
