Or this file should be prepared by ourselves????

Hi,

This file contains harmonic tidal constituents on the boundary nodes of a given mesh. It results from the JMJ (Jean-Marc Janin) tidal database, only available over the North-East Atlantic coasts for M2,S2,N2 and M4 constituents.
It can be created from the whole tidal database (bdd_tide-jmj.txt) by interpolation on the boundary nodes of a given mesh by the subroutine bord_tidal_bc.f if TIDALBCGEN=.TRUE. in tidal_model_t2d.f

For an easier use, and particularly if your model domain is not located in France, I advise you to use global or regional databases such as TPXO or FES thanks to the dedicated tidal features described in the telemac2d user manual and in the document "Méthodologie pour la simulation de la marée avec la version 6.2 de TELEMAC-2D et TELEMAC-3D" (simulation_maree_v6p2.pdf in French).
