open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am trying to model one source that releases three tracers using T3D v7p2r2. my boundary is all water (5 6 6 - My CLI file is attached) - I prescribed the tracers values at the boundaries:
PRESCRIBED TRACERS VALUES = 37;42.6;0
when I try a free tracer value in the CLI (4), the source releases the correct values but the values at the boundaries drop to 0. When I change the tracer value to prescribed (5 at the CLI) I get the error

ON A SOLID BOUNDARY
AT BOUNDARY POINT 1

my boundary point 1 is not solid, actually none of boundary points are solid. the solid boundaries (2 2 2) are islands inside my domain. I am not sure how to fix this, the idea is to prescribed fixed "ambient values" of tracers around the domain and release different values of tracers at my source. Any idea about what may cause this? I am also wondering why I get this message before the computations start:
NUMBER OF LIQUID BOUNDARIES: 0 ; I think this should be 1?
