Dear all,

I performed a simulation of an experiment case for a flow in a 180-degree channel bend. The simulation is a clear water case with no sediment (fixed bed).

The observed and simulated velocity magnitude at the bottom is very similar. However, near the surface, simulated velocity is quite different from the observed value. The comparison graph is attached below.

Can anyone please suggest, which parameter should I consider/modify to get such velocity profile in my simulation?

I would be grateful for your advise/suggestions.
