Hello Chi-Tuan,

Thank you for the explanation, it now makes sense to me. And for your question yes, my work flow is: (1) to model the density currents caused by temperature difference, and (2) coupling with water quality/algae module. So in the continuation file there's only 1 tracer (temperature) and the other ones (dissolved oxygen, phosphate, etc.) will be included later.
