Hi everyone!
I imported a water depth terrain with a longitude and latitude span of 1 and the following error occurred during calculation. What I found was "memory allocation failure or array problem may be caused by trying to allocate too much memory, or the array dimension is incorrect". I don't know if this is the reason, and I don't know where to correct this error, but also hope someone can give me some help?

Hello,

Which release do you use?

I have tried to run with the main and with a few modifications, I have succeeded in running a few time steps, but:
- there is no Fortran file in what you uploaded,
- you should change the coordinates of the source in the Mercator projection (not in longitude/latitude) as you use SPHERICAL COORDINATES = YES,
- you may encounter issues if you use TIDAL FLATS : NO,
- but the first main issue is the number of planes you use, 501 is quite big. You should run your computation in parallel otherwise you may have memory issues (with only 1 core, I have not succeeded with 501 planes, but 51 is OK).

Anyway, please read the TELEMAC-3D user manuals to see what is recommended for numerical options.

Hope this helps,

Chi-Tuan

Hi, thanks Chi-Tuan for Chi-Tuan's reply,
1. The version I am using is v8p4. 2.It was really a memory problem, I was able to run it after replacing it with another computer with more memory. 3. Subsequently, I also read the manual and made changes to the coordinates of the source, and got the results I expected.
Thanks again!
