Hello,
When I simulated the independent influence of TC pressure on water level, I found that the water level could not be changed by pressure alone.Is it right? And Why?

Which version?
We recently noticed there was an incorrect test in management of meteo file and pressure was only read when wind is also asked... This has been corrected for the next version but not backported ...
Maybe you could just try to add WIND = TRUE with a null wind...

Your suggestion is useful.
I add the keyword WIND=TRUE, then the result become correct.

Hello,

As Christophe has already written, there was a bug fixed by Christophe for next release v8p5.
You can change line 181 (for release v8p4r0) of $HOMETEL/sources/telemac2d/meteo.f file from
      IF(VENT.OR.WATER_QUALITY) THEN
to
      IF(VENT.OR.ATMOS.OR.WATER_QUALITY) THEN
