Is anyone aware of usage of Telemac-3D for temperature modeling in a lake. If anyone has got any document detailing that and ready to share, it will be greatly appreciated.

I recently performed a thermal simulation in a lake. But unfortunately this study is confidential.
But...
- TELEMAC-3D gives very good results in this domain
- It is very important to have good natural measurements to calibrate the model
- Some particular physical phenomenon are generally very important (wind, water/air exchanges, rain/evaporation )
- You have to pay attention to the turbulence model you use
- Initial thermal stratification is generally very difficult to prescribe
The rest depends on your particular situation !
