open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,
I am a new user of Telemac3d, am on 6vp2.
am facing difficulties using postel3d so the vertical profiles are not achieved and getting the error :

fail to run " out_postel3dv6p2.exe "

and when i run it in the folder using the cmd postel3dv6p2.exe I get
the error damocles 1
CHOIX DE LANGUE = 0 INVALIDE
