I'd like to know if there is some way to continue a computation from a temporary file computed in parallel mode or convert the T3DRES files into one selafin result file.

I do not know if there is an easy way to do that, but I would suggest to merge the temporary files into one selatin result file and then use this file as a "restart file".
For Telemac3D, the command looks like : runcode.py --merge -w temp_directory/ telemac3d file.cas

It should be similar for all the different modules, you just need to replace telemac3d or root-name by telemac2d in the command line.

I'm trying merge temporary results by your help in this thread. However, when I trying to run the command the computer says "The code requested is not installed on this system: merge"

The command I use is:
runcode.py merge -w C:\SECHBO\Angelholm\20150529\Skald3D_v5_coupl_lic.cas_2015-06-01-11h31min12s telemac3d t3dcas

Do I have to install something to get it work?

Try the following:

telemac3d.py --merge -w C:\SECHBO\Angelholm\20150529\Skald3D_v5_coupl_lic.cas_2015-06-01-11h31min12s/ Skald3D_v5_coupl_lic.cas
