open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I developed a mesh from SMS-ADCirc and imported to Bluekenue then made a geo file for the simulation. But the simulations are bad. I checked both the mesh files (.2dm and .t3s) both are in different formats only.

Is there any possibility that the mesh from SMS could cause problems??

Could you explain why you're considering that the simulations are bad?

A mesh is a mesh whatever the building tool used...
What I mean is it's not the mesh from SMS which could cause problems, it's the mesh itself.

I can't see any error during the simulation but it gives empty result file. Please check the mesh file which I used for simulation.

A T3S file is not a mesh file for Telemac, you should create a selafin file in BK with this file...

Could you post all the files and a copy of the listing of computation?

I'm doing simple case. I'm imposing open boundary with prescribed H (544).

I gave boundary condition (544) for the whole offshore boundary nodes but the results are bad that I get only 0.3m/s that too it shows in a single node of the boundary !

Can anyone suggest what could be the reason?
