Hi,

I have a (maybe stupid) problem. I have several i3s Lines in BK and as shown in the figure encloded, BK does not show the z-value as value in 2D and thus does not show the right colour scale.
But by selecting "edit point" in the menue the Z-Value is found ....
How to change that in the i3s file?
Different Header?

I don't understand the problem as you have posed the question.
Please clarify...

Please refer to the manual Appendix A for details on the i3s file format.

I have also attached a sample i3s file with 3 lines.
The first line has as associated value of 11
The second has 22
and the third has 33.

The z-values are 1, 2 and 3. I am adapting a DGM with a 3D geometrie out of 3D-lines (breaklines of damms). Therefore I would prefer that BK shows the z-value (in your case 1,2 or 3) in colour scale to make it easier for me to modify the DGM, because when I import all teh lines (about 100), the shown vlue is 0.

OK, now I understand...
Unfortunately there is no option to colour i3s LineSets by Z value.

You could save the i3s LineSet as an XYZ file and view that by colour. If the points are too widely spaced then resample the
LineSet before saving to XYZ.

thanks, this was my solution also. But the z-values are measurement data and therefore I do not like to resample the line and mixing up real values with interpolated ones.
