How can I run a Windows application such as Green Kenue or Blue Kenue on another operating system? (Mac OS X, Linux, etc)

Mac OS X (Summarized from 5 ways to run windows software on a mac):
1. Use a Virtual Machine and install Windows (requires a Windows license to do this)
2. Use Boot Camp and install Windows alongside OS X on your Mac (requires a Windows license to do this)
3. Install Wine and then run Green Kenue or Blue Kenue on top of Wine (e.g. WineBottler available in Wine Application Database)
4. Install CodeWeavers' CrossOverMac (requires payment)
5. Use remote desktop (or Chrome Remote Desktop extension) to a remote Windows machine that has Green Kenue or Blue Kenue installed.

But I need "*.exe" file. I tried to install it with WineBottler and CrossOver but the softwares do not work with "*.msi" extension , only .exe.

I do not have a MacbookPro. So I cannot help further. Sorry.

I suggest that you install the *.msi on a windows machine and then try to extract out the pieces (i.e. the *.exe and data) that you want to run on your MacbookPro. In essence, you are building your own installer if you go this route...
