Hello,

Thank you for the hint ! I'm sorry, I never used the telemac examples and then I did not know there was example about mesh refinement with stbtel.

And I don't use fudaa, I am more comfortable with telemac routines than with softwares that I never used except BK.

Regards

Hi Martin

with the new beta version of BK, I'm no more able to select elements neither edges using a double left click. Am I the only user with this issue ?

kind regards

Riadh

Hi Riadh,

Is this a Selafin object from a result file or
a geo file?
BlueKenue does not allow element selection of a
multiframe object since you also cannot edit such
an object.

Hope this helps... Martin

Hi Riadh (and everyone)

This is an undocumented feature! ;)

With a 2D T3 Scalar mesh in a 2D View:
- Edit -> T3 Mesh -> Options -> Select Nodes Only

(1) When "Select Nodes Only" is checked then you cannot select elements or edges
(2) When "Select Nodes Only" is NOT checked then you CAN select elements and edges

The Windows registry is used to save the information (checked or not checked) so that the next time you run Blue Kenue the same value will be used.

This means that if you uncheck the value and then close Blue Kenue (and then possibly restart your computer) the menu item will still be unchecked the next time you start Blue Kenue days or weeks later.

Or put another way, the menu state is saved across application restarts.

Hope that helps?

Kindly,
Alan
